Rockson Yeboah, Romaine Del Castillo unveiled as Osasuna players  

Defender Rockson Yeboah and forward Romaine Del Castillo were introduced as Osasuna players during a Thursday afternoon press conference at El Sadar. Sporting director Braulio Vázquez joined them, praising the duo and highlighting the qualities they bring to the club.

"Rockson’s physical data really caught our eye, and when we saw him in action, it continued to appeal to us. Signing him was a great opportunity," Vázquez said. "Romaine has great technical skills and a strong understanding of the game. Plus, he is at an age where he will contribute a lot to the team. He gives our coach, Luis Miguel Ramis, a new tool."

Yeboah: “I am readY to give it my all”

The Ghanaian defender said he is ready for the opportunity to prove himself.

"I am looking forward to my opportunity and giving it my all. I think I am ready," Yeboah said.

Yeboah was asked about his path to joining the club and his experience Monday, when he received his first call-up and attended a match at El Sadar.

"It all started when my agent told me Osasuna was interested, and I immediately told him I wanted to come. I am delighted to be here," Yeboah said. "The atmosphere was amazing. The team played well and deserved the points, so it was a great experience. Whenever I get the opportunity, I will give it my all. We have played three games, and the goal is to keep this momentum after a good start to the season. I believe this will be a special year."

Del Castillo: “I hope I can help the team progress”

During his first address as a Rojillo, Del Castillo said he was happy to be at a club he admires and to fulfill his dream of playing in Spain.

"I am happy to be here and with these fans. The truth is, I have always wanted to play in Spain, and I wanted to do it with Osasuna, a well-established club in the league. That’s a positive. I hope I can help the team progress," Del Castillo said.

Asked what he can bring to the team, Del Castillo highlighted his adaptability.

"I am going to do my best to adapt to the team. I am a smart player who knows how to fit in. Right now, the team is working well, earning seven points in three games, which is not easy. My goal is to find my place within the team and help," he said.

Braulio Vázquez spoke about the new players

Vázquez expressed satisfaction with the club's moves during the transfer window, which was challenging for most La Liga teams. He then spoke further about Yeboah and Del Castillo.

Regarding Yeboah, Vázquez noted his great potential and said that once he is settled, he will have a significant impact on the team.

"We do not doubt his potential. I believe he is a great addition to the team, but we have to wait for him to settle in and get used to the city, the club and training. He will bring a lot to the table. We are thrilled with his arrival," Vázquez said.

Speaking about the French forward, Vázquez highlighted Del Castillo's impressive résumé in the French league and his style of play, which he said will be a great addition to the team.

"Del Castillo has an impressive résumé in the French league. He helped a modest club reach the knockout rounds of the UEFA Champions League. His technical skills, understanding of the game and maturity are a great addition, and we are providing our coach, Luis Miguel Ramis, with valuable options. We have no doubt the fans will appreciate him because of his natural talent. He can play on the right flank or in the middle, but overall he plays good football. On set pieces, he has a good touch. I think he fits perfectly with us," Vázquez said.
