Osasuna Trains Behind Closed Doors at El Sadar, Continues Villarreal Preparations

Club Atlético Osasuna held a closed-door training session Wednesday morning at El Sadar, as is customary three days before a match, to continue preparing for Saturday's home game against Villarreal. Kickoff is set for 4:15 p.m. CET (3:15 p.m. GMT/10:15 a.m. ET). The team focused on tactical drills and game planning.
Midfielder Aimar trained individually due to a right foot contusion sustained in the Rayo Vallecano match. Forward Iker Benito, recovering from an ACL injury, was also unavailable. Osasuna Promesas goalkeeper Dimitrios Stamatakis and midfielder Xabi Garín joined the first team for training.
On Thursday, Osasuna will train at the Tajonar Sports Complex. The session will be closed to the public initially, opening around 11:20 a.m. The team will wrap up preparations Friday with an open-door session at Tajonar.
