Osasuna Trains Behind Closed Doors Ahead of Sevilla Match

The team will host its final training session before traveling to Seville tomorrow

Club Atlético Osasuna conducted a closed-door training session this morning at El Sadar as it prepares for an upcoming match against Sevilla FC on Saturday at Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. Kickoff is set for 4:15 p.m. CET (3:15 p.m. GMT/10:15 a.m. ET). The squad, led by head coach Alessio Lisci, focused on the game plan for the match.

Missing from the session were defender Valentín Rosier, who is continuing his recovery; forward Iker Benito, who underwent ACL surgery on Monday; and forward Ante Budimir, who is in the recovery process for a muscular injury affecting the soleus of his left leg. Additionally, midfielder Lucas Torró engaged in specific training after not finishing Monday’s game against Real Oviedo due to discomfort in his left ankle. Osasuna Promesas players, including defender Iñigo Arguibide, midfielders Xabi Garin and Bruno Pérez, and forwards Carlos Lumbreras and Aly Kall, joined the first team for training today.

Los Rojillos will wrap up preparations for the match against Sevilla with an open-door training session at the Tajonar Sports Complex, starting at 11 a.m. Following this session, Lisci will hold a media briefing, streamed on OsasunaTV and Radio Osasuna, at 1 p.m.
