Club Atlético Osasuna is a sporting club owned by its members. The entity avoided becoming a Sociedad Anónima Deportiva (Public Limited Sports Company) in the 1990s and remains one of the few professional Spanish football clubs with a member-owned structure. This means the club belongs to its members, who are its owners and make the most critical decisions.
Since its inception, the club has operated under a set of social bylaws—a document that defines Osasuna’s official colors, structure, electoral processes, and the overall functioning of the institution. Over time, these bylaws have been amended, with any changes requiring approval by the General Assembly.
The most recent update to the bylaws was approved during the General Assembly Meeting held on November 11, 2023.
