A lawyer and president of C.A. Osasuna since 2014, Sabalza began working at Caja de Ahorros de Navarra at the age of 17 while studying Law at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED). After graduating, he was promoted to the bank's legal department, where he spent the majority of his professional career. Years later, he opened his own law firm.
Sabalza joined C.A. Osasuna's Member Advocacy Body in 1998 and served in that capacity until 2012. His member number is 415. In 2014, he became the club's 23rd president and is currently completing his third term at the helm of the rojillo institution—making him the second-longest-serving president since Fermín Ezcurra.

Manuel Piquer Martín-Portugués
(7-22-1963; Pamplona)
A Navarrese businessman, lawyer. and a gradute of the Law School at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), he is the director of a family business Asesoría Piquer. He also served as vice president of the Federación de Asociaciones de Pequeña y Mediana Empresa de Navarra (FAPYMEN) and is the current president of Confederación Empresarial Navarra.
Piquer joined the Board of Directors in November 2021 during the presidency of Luis Sabalza.

He has over three decades of experience as the CEO of Mobil Estudio, a company specialized in the installation of various structures. Mobil Estudio has collaborated with Fundación Osasuna since its inception.
Muniáin is the club's 1,248th member.

Josetxo Pérez de Zabalza Torrano
(Astráin, 3-20-1957)
He has been a Club Atlético Osasuna member for the past 46 years. Pérez de Zabalza served as mayor of Cendea de Zizur for 22 years (1989–2011) and as vicepresident of the Association of Municipalities of the Pamplona Region (2007–2011). In the private sector, he operated a company in the automotive industry for 45 years.
After retiring, he joined the club’s Economic Control Commission, a role he stepped down from to accept Sabalza’s invitation to join the Board of Directors.

(Lumbier 10-10-1964)
Former mayor of Lumbier (1991- 99), president of the Federación Navarra de Municipios y Concejos (1995–1999), and Environment Advisor and Head of Spatial Planning and Housing, Government of Navarre (2003–2007). Burguete also served in the Parliament of Navarre (1999–2011).
After concluding his time in the public sector, he returned to the classroom as a teacher at the Centro de Educación Especial Isterria of the Fundación Caja Navarra, where he currently serves as director.
