Osasuna Calls 22 Players for Season Finale Against Getafe
Club Atlético Osasuna held a closed training session Tuesday at El Sadar as the team prepares to face Elche on the road Friday. Kickoff is set for 9 p.m. CET (8 p.m. GMT, 3 p.m. ET). Los Rojillos focused on tactical preparations.
Midfielder Jon Moncayola was unavailable as he continues to recover from respiratory problems. Defender Enzo Boyomo missed training after an injury during the match against Celta. Midfielder Kike Barja was out with gastrointestinal issues. Forward Iker Benito remains sidelined as he recovers from a torn ACL. Goalkeeper Dimitrios Stamatakis; defenders Alex Jiménez, Asier Larrión and Mikel Ansó; and forwards Aly Kall and Carlos Lumbreras were called up from Osasuna Promesas to train with the first team.
The team will hold a partially open session Wednesday at the Tajonar Sports Complex, with the first portion closed before fans are welcomed at 11:20 a.m. The final training session before the match is scheduled for Thursday at 11 a.m.
