Jagoba Arrasate: “It is a tough loss”
Los Rojillos held an open training session at the Tajonar Sports Complex.
Club Atlético Osasuna returned to the training field Wednesday morning for an open session to begin preparing for Saturday’s home match against Athletic Club. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. CET (5:30 p.m. GMT, 12:30 p.m. ET).
Before the session, the team held a moment of silence in memory of Jesús de Miguel, a C.D. Tenerife player who died Tuesday. As is customary after each match, Osasuna split into two groups. Players who logged the most minutes did recovery work, while the others completed compensatory work. Defender Jorge Herrando and midfielders Aimar and Romain Del Castillo continued their recoveries.
The team will train Thursday at 10:30 a.m. and wrap up preparations Friday with a closed session at El Sadar.
