Osasuna Closes England Tour With 2-1 Victory Over Norwich City
Tomorrow, the team will train at 10 a.m. in Tajonar and travel to Italy in the afternoon.
Club Atlético Osasuna returned to the Tajonar Sports Complex on Monday morning after spending last week at a training camp in England. The session focused on possession, defensive and offensive drills, and intrasquad matches.
Defender Valentin Rosier did not train because of a hamstring injury sustained in the first preseason game. Forward Raúl Moro also missed the session after suffering a foot injury Saturday against Norwich City.
The team has completed the first of five scheduled training sessions this week. On Tuesday, Osasuna will train at 10 a.m. in Tajonar before traveling to Italy in the afternoon. The club will face Napoli on Wednesday, with kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CET (5:30 p.m. BST, 12:30 p.m. ET) at Teofilo Patini Stadium in Castel di Sangro. Osasuna will return to Pamplona after the match and train in Tajonar on Thursday at noon. Friday’s training is set for 10 a.m. Los Rojillos will play Al Ain at El Sadar on Saturday at 8 p.m. CET (7 p.m. BST, 2 p.m. ET), and will train again Sunday at 10 a.m.
