Osasuna makes Christmas visit to children hospitalized in Navarre

Players from the men’s and women’s first teams, coach Alessio Lisci and the board of directors led by Luis Sabalza visited young patients at local hospitals

Club Atlético Osasuna made its traditional Christmas visit to children hospitalized during the holiday season at the Hospital Universitario de Navarra and the Clínica Universitaria de Navarra.

Following the men’s first team training session,which marked the resumption of activity at Tajonar, a club delegation took part in the visit alongside players from the women’s first team and members of the board of directors.

The Osasuna delegation was led by club presidentLuis Sabalza, accompanied by board members César Muniáin, José Andrés Burguete, Josetxo Pérez de Zabalza, Ignacio Busto and Miguel Salcedo. Head coach Alessio Lisci also attended the visit and delivered gifts to the hospitalized children.

For many of the young patients, the highlightof the day was the visit from a large group of players: Kike Barja, RubénGarcía, Jon Moncayola, Aitor Fernández, Ante Budimir, Alejandro Catena, IkerMuñoz, Víctor Muñoz, Lucas Torró, Raúl García de Haro, Juan Cruz, Moi Gómez, Jorge Herrando, Iñigo Arguibide, Vanessa Rodríguez, Nahia Azpiazu, AnaUrzainqui and Saioa Etxarri.

The club’s mascots, Rojillo and Rojilla, also took part in the visit, as Osasuna sought to show its support for those most in need during the Christmas season.
