Osasuna Calls 22 Players for Season Finale Against Getafe
The team will return Tuesday to begin the first of five training sessions ahead of the Alavés match
Club Atlético Osasuna completed its final training session of the week Thursday morning and will rest until Tuesday, when the team returns to the training pitch for the first of five sessions to prepare for its upcoming match at Alavés.
During the session, the team completed strength and conditioning work in the gym and ran sprints on the field. Forward Iker Benito continues his recovery from a knee injury, while forward Raúl Moro participated in a lighter session. Defender Iñigo Arguibide and midfielder Asier Osambela trained with Osasuna Promesas to prepare for their next game. Forwards Víctor Muñoz and Ante Budimir remain at camp with their national teams.
The team will rest until Tuesday, when Osasuna returns to begin preparations for its visit to Mendizorrotza on Sunday, April 5. Osasuna will hold five training sessions between Tuesday and Saturday, with the final session taking place at El Sadar due to the Osasuna Femenino match against FC Barcelona B at the Tajonar Sports Complex. Thursday’s training will be held behind closed doors at the stadium, as is customary three days before a match.
