Braulio Vázquez ends tenure as Osasuna sporting director
José Antonio Prieto 'Cata' to become sporting director after serving as assistant since 2017
Braulio Vázquez has ended his tenure as Club Atlético Osasuna’s sporting director. On Sunday, he informed the club of his decision to pursue another professional opportunity. At the same time, Valencia Club de Fútbol notified Osasuna that it will pay his buyout clause, which is set at 290,000 euros.
Osasuna’s board of directors has appointed José Antonio Prieto 'Cata' as the new sporting director. Prieto has been with the club since 2017, when he joined as assistant sporting director.
Osasuna thanks Vázquez for his contributions and the club’s success over the past decade, and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
