Forward Sheraldo Becker Joins Osasuna

The Rojillo gaffer analyzed the upcoming Espanyol vs. Osasuna match.
Osasuna head coach Alessio Lisci addressed the media ahead of the team's upcoming match against RCDE Espanyol in what will be their second away game of the season. During the press conference, Lisci provided an analysis of his team and articulated his expectations.
"As I said before, we have been playing well since the latter part of the preseason and against Real Madrid," Lisci said. "But if the results don't reflect that, you start to question the performances. Once you start winning, it changes your perspective. In that sense, our recent results have been fruitful because they validate our hard work."
Lisci emphasized the importance of team morale, noting, "The players are happy, they believe in what we're doing, and they enjoy themselves, which is crucial. Winning our last match has boosted our confidence, and it's vital for us to secure another victory as soon as possible. If we can string together two or three consecutive wins, we can break down barriers—specifically the one that stands between us and our first road win. The sooner, the better, with patience and thoughtfulness. That has been our focus."
Turning his attention to Espanyol, Lisci acknowledged their strong start to the season and the formidable challenge presented by the match, especially playing in front of a supportive home crowd.
"It will be a tough match, as every away game is, particularly at a venue like Espanyol's. Their fan support is palpable, which enhances their performance," he said. "They've earned their points fairly, and they've had a solid start to the season. Some teams may have lucky beginnings with draws or wins, but not Espanyol. The points they've gathered are well-deserved, and this will undoubtedly be a tough match."
Lisci praised Espanyol's coach, Manolo González, for his efforts in building a competitive team, highlighting their points earned against Atlético de Madrid and Real Sociedad as evidence of their quality.
"We need to recognize the valuable work Manolo has done to keep this team competitive in the division," Lisci said. "It's important to acknowledge that."
“We want to be the same Osasuna as at home, and we need to get as close to it as possible”
Lisci also detailed his expectations for his team, stressing the need to replicate their home performance on the road.
"We have to make some adjustments and execute them effectively. We're working on it. Mentally, we need to show more personality and strive to be the same Osasuna we are at home. It won't be easy, but we must work toward achieving that goal," Lisci concluded.
