Club Atlético Osasuna will open its membership renewal campaign on Wednesday, June 11, at 9:30 a.m. Members will be able to renew their season passes through the Área del Socio platform as usual or in person at the club offices located at El Sadar Stadium.

Throughout the day, Osasuna will also send SMS messages to members with a link allowing them to complete the renewal process easily via mobile phone. A step-by-step guide explaining the whole campaign will be available to all members and fans.

This year's campaign is themed "Osasuna va por dentro" "Osasuna Is Felt Within"). The accompanying promotional video captures the anticipation members feel each summer after renewing their pass, whistling the club anthem" Somos un equipo" while awaiting the arrival of their season card.

The campaign's visual elements celebrate the 40th anniversary of Osasuna's first appearance in European competitions, which took place in 1985. The campaign artwork highlights iconic moments in Osasuna's European history, including:

• Miguel Merino's goal celebration in Stuttgart (1991)
• Enrique Martín celebrating atop the El Sadar fence against Rangers (1985)
• Nekounam's goal against Girondins (2007)
• The victory in Leverkusen with Webó as the standout performer (2007)
• The clash with Ajax (1991)
• The Champions League qualifier against Hamburg (2006)

Each season card will feature different illustrations based on the card category.

Key Dates and Renewal Methods

The online renewal window will remain open from June 11 at 9:30 a.m. until Friday, July 4 at 11:59 p.m. After this deadline, renewals will no longer be accepted. In-person renewals at the El Sadar offices can be completed Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m., and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Members who renewed individually last season will receive an SMS link that allows for renewal in just two minutes without the need to log in. This method only allows payment by credit card. For group renewals or to finance the renewal, members must complete the process via the website or in person.

The Área del Socio once again enables family members, friends, or supporter groups to group multiple memberships under a single account, simplifying the renewal process for groups.

Membership Fee Adjustments

This season, membership fees will increase by an average of 3%, though not uniformly across all sections.

• Section 100: approx. +4.5%
• Section 200: approx. +2.5%
• Section 300: approx. +3.5%
• Section 400: approx. +2%

In total, 33 sections will see a €10 increase, 24 will rise by €20, and 9 sections will maintain last season's pricing. An additional €5 fee will apply to all memberships due to the Club Days.

Seat Changes and New Memberships

No seat changes will be permitted this season, as the club is currently developing plans to expand El Sadar's seating capacity. The timeline for this expansion is not yet confirmed.

New memberships will become available starting July 21. The number of available spots will depend on cancellations during the renewal period and allocations for sponsors, youth teams, and staff. Only individuals who held a Soy Rojillo supporter card during the 2024–25 season will be eligible. Priority will be given based on longevity, and this week, the club will inform cardholders of their position on the waiting list. Appointments for the first eligible applicants will begin on July 17. New members will be required to pay a €60 joining fee.

Club Days

The 2025–26 season will include two" Club Days," for which dates will be announced once the league calendar is finalized. Members can opt to purchase access to both events for a discounted price of €40 during the renewal process. The option can be selected online or requested in person.

Members who purchase Club Day access during renewal will have the games included on their season card, either physical or digital. Those who do not purchase them at renewal will still have the option later, but the price will be €40 per match.

Members who cannot attend Club Day matches may release their seats for resale. If the ticket is sold, the club will reimburse €40 per game—doubling the original €40 investment.

Transfer Rules for Discounted Categories

Members in discounted categories (Sub-23, Sub-17, Sub-14, Txiki, and 65+) may only transfer their season pass to someone outside their age group for matches played on Mondays. Alternatively, these members may apply for an adult pass to share it across age groups. This transaction must be completed in person during the renewal period.

Season Pass Transfers

The pass transfer system will enable members to release their seats for resale if they are unable to attend a match. If sold, adult members will receive 50% of the sale price, while the club retains the remaining 50%. For discounted categories, the split will be 30% for the member and 70% for the club. As in previous seasons, the total compensation a member can receive throughout the season may not exceed 80% of the value of the next season's membership fee. This policy is in place to ensure that active participation is prioritized and to discourage excessive absenteeism.

Payment Plans

Members may finance their season pass renewal through CaixaBank, either online or in person, regardless of whether they are existing bank clients. Holders of the MyCard Osasuna card can split the payment into three interest-free installments, but this must be done in person at the club offices.
