‘Vibra en ti,’ Osasuna’s 2024-25 ticket season campaign
Members can renew their membership starting today until July 5 at the stadium and online
Pamplona (Monday, June 10, 2024) - The new membership campaign of Club Atlético Osasuna will be called 'Vibra en ti (It's in you),' which is born with the ambition of becoming a framework for the 2024/25 season. The club's anthem inspired the slogan, precisely the phrase "Vibra en ti Navarra entera (All of Navarre it's in you)," and appeals to the feeling that the people of Navarre harbor for their club. The link between Osasuna and the land is the leitmotiv of a campaign whose graphic image will consist of twenty logos representatives of Navarre's culture. All the information about the campaign will be available to members and fans through an explanatory guide.
The campaign will open today, Monday, June 10, at 4:30 p.m., when members can renew their memberships. They can do so through the Members' Area until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 5. In-person, the campaign will remain open until Friday, July 5, at 2 p.m. Office hours will be from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, while on Friday, the opening hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Members who renewed their membership cards individually last season will receive an SMS to facilitate renewal. With this link, renew the membership card by clicking on the link in the message without taking up to two minutes to renew. This formula only allows payment by credit card. In other words, if you wish to make a group renewal or finance it, you must do it online or in person at the office.
The Members' Area will allow several members of a family, a group of friends, or a club to be grouped under a single account. In this way, a single user can renew the whole group in a single operation and in a simple way.
The average increase of the season tickets this season will be 5%, although not linear, within the plan established by the club after the reform of El Sadar. Thus, in the 100 sectors, the increase is over 6% on average; in the 200 sectors, it is around 3%; in the 300 sectors, it is approximately 5% and in the 400 sectors it is around 4%. In summary, 22 sectors are up 10 euros, 36 sectors are up 20 euros and eight sectors are up 30 euros.
Location changes and new members
Location changes will be available from 17-31 July, inclusive. The club will set up an appointment system allowing members to be seen in person or online.
New memberships will be available from 5-9 August. The number of new memberships will depend on the number of cancellations that occur during the renewal campaign and the final adjustment that will be made with the membership cards that correspond to sponsors, grassroots football, coaches, etc. In any case, only those who have been members of the 'Soy Rojillo' card during the 2023/24 season will be eligible to become new members. The club will offer the possibility of joining in order of seniority. New members will pay an additional 50 euros.
Club Days
The 2024/25 season will have two matches declared as 'Club Days,' the date of which will be fixed throughout the season once the calendar is known. Members can purchase these at a significant discount when renewing but must specifically indicate this. There will be a tab to add the two 'Club Days' together in the renewal process, while those who renew in person will be offered the possibility. Members of all categories can purchase the two club days for a combined price of 35 euros. Those who buy the Club Days when renewing will have them included in the membership card so that they can use their physical or digital membership card to access these matches without making any additional arrangements. On the other hand, those who choose not to add the 'Club Days' in the renewal will be able to do so in the future, but the price will be 40 euros for each match.
Those who purchase the two 'Club Days' at renewal may, when the time comes, transfer their season ticket if they will not be able to attend the matches once the date and match declared as 'Club Day' is known. In that case, the club will reimburse them if the ticket is sold, an amount higher than the amount paid for the renewal. Specifically, the club will pay 30 euros for each of the two matches if the member gives up the ticket and it is sold. In other words, a member who purchases the two club days for 35 euros and gives up his seat for both matches because he cannot attend will be able to recover almost double the amount paid, 60 euros.
Transfer of subsidized category membership cards
Members of special bonus categories, i.e., U-23, U-17, U-14, Txiki, and +65, can only transfer their passes to people of a different age category in matches played on Mondays. If they intend to share their passes with others, they can also request an adult season ticket. During the renewal process, this must be done in person at the club's offices.
Transfer of season tickets
The season ticket transfer system will allow the club to transfer the seat to the club when the member cannot or does not want to attend a match. If the ticket is sold, the member will receive 50% of the amount paid, and the club will receive the other 50% in the case of the 'Adult' category. In the rest of the categories, the distribution will be 30% for the member and 70% for the club. As a novelty, the maximum compensation at the end of the season may not exceed 80% of the price of the membership card for the 2025-26 season. These measures have been taken to prevent their members who use the system from renewing at little or no cost and allow, if they do not go to the stadium, access to waiting supporters who do want to attend the matches.
Season ticket financing
Members who wish to do so will have the option of financing their season ticket renewal with CaixaBank both online and in person, regardless of whether they are bank customers. Those with the CaixaBank MyCard Osasuna can finance their card in 3 installments at no cost or interest, but they will have to do it in person at the club's offices.
