Tajonar, Spain (Thursday, May 9, 2024) – Club Atlético Osasuna completed its second-to-last training session before Saturday’s road match against Athletic Club. Kickoff is set at 9 p.m. CET (8 p.m. BST/3 p.m. ET) at San Mamés. As head coach Jagoba Arrasate usually does two days before a game, the team hosted a light work session consisting of technique, rondos, possession and attacking drills.

Since the session did not require much physical contact, forward Ante Budimir worked alongside his teammates. Meanwhile, defenders Unai García and David García and midfielders Kike Barja and Moi Gómez worked separately. Osasuna Promesas defender Jorge Moreno, midfielders Xabi Huarte and Asier Osambela and forward Max Svensson joined the first team.

The team will conclude its preparation tomorrow with a training session in Tajonar. Following the session, Arrasate will address the media.
