Osasuna Femenino prepares for their match against Atheltic ‘B’ with four training sessions

Las rojillas are tied on first place of la Primera Iberdrola

Osasuna Femenino is back to the training field after earning a point against Cacereño, which allows them to sit on top of the standings. Even though the team led by head coach Kakun Mainz didn’t win yesterday, las rojillas have seven points. They are tied on top of the Primera Federación standings along with Deportivo Abanca, Barcelona ‘B’, and Eibar.

Osasuna Femenino remains unbeaten this season. Córdoba and Rayo Vallecano were the first two opponents for las rojillas, and the rojillas defeated both teams. The Navarrese squad is also doing well in Copa de la Reina, as they defeated their first opponent, S.E. AEM, 1-0m with a goal by forward Iara.

The next game for las rojillas will be in Tajonar on Sunday when they face the Atheltic Club affiliate at noon. So far this season, the rojiblancas have not earned a point, and they are second to last after three losses.

Kakun Mainz’s team will be back for training today to prepare for the game. The team will be off tomorrow and will finish the week with sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
